Requests for Signage, Papering, Kiosks and Costumed Characters
Due to the high amount of requests the Empire State Building receives from Tenants and external parties, the Building has a strict policy that no signage, papering (i.e. handing out of fliers, pamphlets, brochures, coupons), kiosks, costumed characters/mascots, etc., are allowed in the common areas, including the lobby, corridors, elevator banks, observatories, etc. If any questions, contact Stacey-Ann Hosang, Public Relations Manager at 212-736-3100, or shosang@esrtreit.com.
